CH340 and related chipset can be installed with drivers that are supplied by WCH. Please check the WCH website as it has the drivers on their site, so please look there first.
Drivers cover macOS 14/13/12/11/10.15 to 10.9.
Note: For macOS versions later than 10.15 (Catalina) look at the documentation below as the is additional steps required to to install the drivers.
