- Select Bluetooth & devices â Printers & scanners.
- Select your Xprinter.
- Open Printer properties.
- Click Print Test Page.

Configure Paper Size

For receipt printers:
- 58 mm
- 80 mm
For label printers:
- Select the exact label width and height.
- Calibrate the media if your printer supports automatic label detection.
Incorrect paper settings can cause blank labels, clipped receipts, or misaligned printing.
Troubleshooting
If Windows cannot find the printer:
- Try another USB port.
- Avoid USB hubs during setup.
- Restart both the printer and computer.
- Verify the correct driver was installed for your model.
If the printer appears Offline, open Printer Properties and verify that the correct USB port is selected. Moving the printer to a different USB port may require updating the assigned port.
If your printer produces blank output, ensure the thermal paper is installed with the coated side facing the print head. Thermal printers only print on one side of the paper.
